A service point is where your customers wait to be served. Here's how to configure one properly.
Naming your service point
Choose a clear, descriptive name that your team will recognize. Examples: 'Main Reception', 'Pharmacy Counter', 'Customer Service Desk'.
Adding services
Services are what your customers are waiting for. You can add multiple services per service point. For example, a bank might have 'Account Services', 'Loan Consultation', and 'Teller Services'.
Generating QR codes
Once your service point is configured, Oquira automatically generates a QR code. Print it and display it at your entrance. Customers scan it to join the queue from their phone — no app download required.
Pro tip: Laminate your QR code and place it at eye level for easy scanning. You can also display it on a TV screen.
