Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. This applies to all databases, backups, and file storage.
Data residency
All customer data is stored in European data centers (Frankfurt, Germany). We do not transfer data outside the EU.
GDPR compliance
Oquira is fully GDPR compliant. We process data only for the purpose of providing queue management services. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings > Privacy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your data is yours, period.
